Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to treasurer@floridacom.org. Cancellations received on or before September 30, 2017 will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued after the convention. Cancellations received after October 1, 2017 can apply fees paid toward 2018 convention registration. Cancellations received after October 20, 2017 and no-shows are non-refundable.
Hotel Reservations
Don't forget to make room reservations for the conference hotel, The Holiday Inn at Disney Springs in the Walt Disney World Resort (they have recently rebranded). We have secured a special room rate of $129 per night. Reservations can be made by calling 877-394-5765 and asking to speak with the reservations department. Reference the Florida Communication Association rate, group code LOR. Reservations must be made by September 19, 2017 in order to guarantee this special group rate.
